The Worlds No. 1 CRM Platform
Hi guys!
In today’s blog I will be discussing my personal
experience with Salesforce, a customer relations management (CRM) system.
Salesforce is a cloud-based software company that provides applications focused
on sales, customer service, marketing automation, e-commerce, analytics and
application development.
Throughout the week I have learned how to use Salesforce
and completed 3 short courses. These courses were very insightful, and I have
learned a lot which I will be able to use throughout my career. The courses were
as follows:
1. Discover Salesforce Functions
These
functions enable complex business logic to be run, which weren’t possible before.
This is achieved by writing code in one of their supported languages (“JavaScript”)
which is deployed to one of Salesforce’s compute environments. This improves
efficiency.
2. Build
Your Sales Career
Design
thinking is a creative problem-solving process. The core principles are
establishing a deep empathy and understanding of the end users, and the rapid
iteration of solution ideas while closely involving users. It is valuable to
businesses as it improves confidence in understanding the current state and
providing solutions to address desirability, feasibility, and viability issues
in the future. Salesforce designed a model “customer- centric discovery” (CCD)
to use these principles of design thinking which were effective in connecting
with customers and coworking to achieve their business goals.
3. Discover
CRM Analytics
Its integrated set of artificial intelligence (AI) makes salesforce customer 360 smarter and brings predictive analysis to drive your business forward. Everyone in the business can immediately access critical and secure data insights. This improves efficiency as IT waiting times are avoided.
You can collect points for each course completed which
leads to super badges. These enable you to apply the skills learned to real
world business problems.
You can visit https://www.salesforce.com/uk/form/signup/freetrial-sales-pe/ to simply create a Salesforce account and begin your online learning journey.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this post, comment below and let
me know about your experience with Salesforce, until next week!
Mollie
How does predictive analysis work?
ReplyDeleteHi, Predictive Analysis is the process of using historical data, statistical algorithms, and machine learning techniques to make predictions about future events or outcomes. It involves analysing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and relationships that can help forecast what might happen in the future. It finds applications in a wide range of fields such as stock market predictions (finance), disease diagnosis and patient outcomes (healthcare), and customer behaviour analysis (marketing). It helps organisations make data-driven decisions, optimise processes, and anticipate future trends, ultimately leading to improved decision-making and outcomes.
